Guideline for 2014 BCIO Head Office Member Application

BRIDGE CLUB International Organization (BCIO) is planning to re-invite a few former PAs to the 26th APCC PA Program as a BCIO Head Office Member among the active leaders of local BRIDGE CLUBs (BCs). We would like to implement this special invitation for the following purposes.

If you are interested in and highly motivated, please read through the following information and send us the necessary information as soon as possible.

Invitation Purposes

 A.    To Develop Human Resource who can take initiatives in BCIO management in future

BCIO is currently managed by Japanese staff, Area Managers and Former BCIO HO Members. It is meaningful to run BCIO with global perspective brought by multi-national BC leaders. Therefore we would like to give continuity in re-inviting a few former Peace Ambassadors to experience the management of the PA Program and nurture them to be future BCIO managing members.

B.    To Guide new PAs

Since they have been leading BC activities in their country/region, they are experienced enough to give advice or consul to new PAs from various points of view. Moreover, they can strengthen the network between the participating countries/regions and they can also follow up with new PAs after the invitation program.

C.    To heighten motivation

It will lead the further and higher motivation towards BC activity in each country/region through re-experiencing the APCC invitation program and PA Program, and deepening friendship with other PAs. Their enthusiasm will also give a good influence on the local BC members and BCIO network as a whole.
