REQUEST FOR A HELP TO CYCLONE VICTIMS IN VANUATU

We are very much concerned about the devastating Cyclone Pam, one of the most powerful storm, which hits in Vanuatu on March 13. We hope that all of you are worried about this news as we have many friends living there.

President of Vanuatu says 90% of buildings in capital Port Vila are damaged/destroyed as outlying islands remain cut off. We can see the photos after cyclone in different news channels. Many organizations have started sending aid but still Vanuatu needs more to get rid of this terrific situation.

The vision of BCIO itself taught us to have an ‘OMOIYARI’ spirit and now its time to get on the action and help each other to overcome from this unfavorable condition. Let’s use our BC network and start fund raising activity for the Vanuatu people to overcome from the miserable situation.

If you/your BC would like to do fund raising activity then please start doing it. We are trying to contact BRIDGE CLUB Vanuatu and Liaison office in Vanuatu. After hearing from them we will again inform you the contact person who will help you to reach your donations in the concerned area/people.

Thank you in advance for your generous help and we pray for the quick recovery of cyclone victims.

We are the BRIDGE !!!
