March 31, 2012 Meeting
Today, our meeting was held at the Sydney's Buffet from 11-1 pm and our objectives were to talk about our new logo establishment, officer transitions, and the upcoming meeting with the new JAs.

So, hopefully, we'll be able to implement this on our website and even design t-shirts to promote and advertise the club.
Next, because we had no PAs apply to take over the Presidential position, no worries! I present you with Artur Tarassenko and Kristie Liao. Both are the candidates for the PA position next summer and because they both applied for the Vice Presidential position, I had them draw who will be the President and take over my position.

I also had Ansley talk about her experience of having a Japanese student visit her school as well as having her bring the scrapbook that she made during her JA adventure.

Ismail even became an "Everyday Ambassador" by eating an octupus at the buffet for the first time!

I made a Bridge Club binder to incorporate important documents that included papers that every member should have, membership information, previous meeting agendas, previous sign-sheets and the Common Activity information.

Lastly, I had a private meeting with the board members establishing what responsibilities that they would do since they will be running the next meeting on April 15 at Seigakuin International School from 2-4 pm with the new JA participants; I will be there to supervise.
