BCBD for Green World

Bridge Club of Bangladesh organized seminar on environmental issue on 27th January'2011as the BC common activity for this year.It is also a part of our "BCBD for Green World" project.
Mr. Hiroshi Omura,First Secretary and Head of Information and Cultural Affairs of Embassy of Japan in Bangladesh was present as Guest of Honor.We started the program with a video presentation on APCC and 'BCBD for Green World' project. Dr. Shafi Mohammad Tareq, Associate Professor,and Chairman of Environmental Science Department of Jahangirnagar University, presented his key note paper on "Impacts of Climate Change on Fresh Water". Later, report on "Japan-SAARC High School Student Exchange Program Environmental Forum" presented by Bangladesh delegation to this program.The program was held at Bangladesh Shishu Academy seminar room. It was really a successful event.
