BCH Joins Community Park Clean-Up
On Saturday, April 20th, BCH members joined other community organizations to clean up the Ala Wai Neighborhood Park. Organized by the Blue Zones Project and Nā Wai ʻEkolu, people from the community worked together to clean up the watershed. From 9:00-11:00 am. volunteers picked up trash in the park, preventing it from going into the nearby canal. Through everyone's hard work, dozens of pounds of trash was collected and disposed of. It was a great day to get some exercise and improve the community park!
