Welcomed chaperon 2010 to visit PA 2012 in Savannakhet province

On 8th to 10th Ms. Vathanavanh SAYASANE (chaperon 2010) who is contact person in Liaison office. She had come her private work. it was my good opportunity for talking and presenting PA's plans.

The main talking, please giving chances to Fukuoka for students in Savannakhet province next year. Because I am PA who is far from them, it was sad when I had activity, they could not join with me. I want a group work at there.

Finally, I wish a litter, will have a group work for promoting BC.
