Voice to Voice

Hello Everyone

This is the first activity in BCL after come back to Laos. The activity's name is Voice To Voice. In Laos doesn't have problem about the internet but we couldn't use SKYPE because someone is online on phone and mobile can only play the internet but not high level for Video conference by SKYPE.

However, I had phoned to everyone to tell about the common activity this year for 2 weeks. Although we can not use video conference but we are still keeping harmony in my BCL, so this activity was created by me.

In addition, I suggest someone about the APCC Facebook page. I believe he/she will be able to reconnect with BCIO especially BCL
