24th APCC Report to LO

On 8^th September, BCL had a report about the 24^th APCC at department of education in Vientiane. There were 26 BCL members to join. I presented about the common activity this year and activity plans for 2012-2013 to LO and members. At that time, I could persuade 6 JA formers to reconnect with BCL.

Special case, we had discussed or improve BCL infrastructure. I will present it after I design it already.

Faces of PAs active members

Everyone knows well, I am one PA who is far from JAs and LO. I had to travel 500 km to Vientiane capital.  So I need to plan long-term and I have 3 activity plans at the same time for future such as request books donated from BCL members, budget or sponsor to buy colored pencil in the project of "kid drawing contest" in Savannakhet province from BCL's families and took pictures of all participants for making postcard and calendar 2013 to LO and BCIO on New Year......
