CLEANING CAMPAIGN IN CENTRAL ZOO

On 8th April 2011, the BCN members gathered and went for zoo cleaning campaign. Central
zoo is situated in the capital city of Nepal i.e. Katmandu. It is one of the major tourist attraction spot of Nepal. So, we the BC member thought that cleaning the zoo would be the best activity related to the common project motto of this year.

All the rubbish that were thrown in the grounds  were collected and disposed them properly. Also visitors were made aware about the consequences that we had to face because of environmental pollution and also put some banners quoting “Lets achieve something drastic, lets not use plastics” .

Thus, we maneuvered our series of plans into effect successfully. Our work was appreciated by all including the zoo authority members. Through this activity we also got an opportunity to introduce our club to many more people.
