BRIDGE CLUB NEPAL CLOTHES DONATION PROGRAM

On 28th September 2011, we the BCN members conducted the clothes donation program. Sports clothes and some casual clothes were handed over to “ Shining Sun Football Academy ” (affiliated with ANFA). This academy was established in 2006 with the aim of providing better facility to the children of Kailali (one of the rural village of Nepal) who have the capacity and talent to perform good in football game but are unable to show them due to lack of equipments needed and also because of economic problem. Bharat Bahadur Thapa, president of this academy was very happy to receive these donations from Bridge Club Nepal . He showed his gratitude towards Bridge Club Nepal family through his speech and requested our club to continue these kinds of works. Keeping in mind the common activity of this year we the BCN members also promoted “Everyday Ambassador” through a short speech and asked the president along with the executive members of this academy and our BCN members to become an Everyday Ambassador, live free of cultural and national barriers and requested them to inspire others as well. Finally we ended the program with the feeling of satisfaction.
