Sustainability in 60 seconds
On April 1st 2023, Bridge Club Nepal held a program called Sustainability in 60 seconds, where we focused on upcycling. The club members successfully executed an upcycling project, which is a sustainable way of reusing old and discarded materials to create something new and useful.
Members made a paper bag, a piggybank and a pencil holder with the use of waste products such as old newspaper, ice-cream box, papers, bottles etc. Also, we made a video of 60 second covering our activities in program.
The program emphasized the importance of sustainability in our daily lives and how small actions like upcycling can have a significant impact on the environment. The club members showcased their creativity by upcycling various items.
Overall, the Sustainability program by Bridge Club Nepal was an excellent initiative to raise awareness about sustainability and encourage people to adopt more eco-friendly practices in their lives.
