Interview Committee for the APCC 2020 Junior Ambassadors

Bridge Club Oakland convened the Interview Committee for the selection of the 2020 APCC Bridge Summer Camp JAs. Our interview committee panel included the Liaison Officers (Linda and JJ) and Bridge Club members (Lewanna - JA 2019, Finn - JA 2018, Luke - JA 2019, and Brittany - JA 2009/Bridge Club President). The committee reviewed the applications and then the students were scheduled for interviews with the committee on 07-Dec-2019 at the Buddhist Church of Oakland. After interviewing each individual student, the committee met the parent to respond to any questions that the parent might have and to reinforce their commitment to the APCC mission and vision.

The inclusion of the JAs after their APCC Bridge Summer Camp participation was such a win-win because the JAs enjoyed and learned from the interviewing experience and the Liaison Officers received their valuable perspective!
