Prep for Ramadan Drive '23

On Sunday, March 12th, Bridge Club Pakistan held an online meeting to prepare for this year's Ramadan Drive, 2023. The Ramadan drive consists of two parts: A ration drive and A monetary drive.
- For the ration drive, we will be scheduling the distribution of packages containing essential food items for families in need. The packages will include items such as rice, lentils, cooking oil, sugar, and other necessary items that will help them during the month of Ramadan. We will ensure that the packages are of high quality and contain enough items to last throughout the month.
- The second part of the Ramadan drive, the monetary drive, is a crucial aspect of our efforts to help families in need during Ramadan. We will be reaching out to our community members and organizations to collect donations, which we will use to provide financial assistance to families who are facing financial difficulties. We will ensure that the donations are used in a responsible and transparent manner, and that they reach those who need them the most.
- As we compare and strategize where to buy the items for our Ramadan drive, we will consider factors such as quality, availability, and price. We will research different suppliers and compare their offerings to ensure that we are getting the best value for our money. We will also take into account the preferences and dietary restrictions of the families we are serving, and ensure that the items we purchase meet their needs.
- Our priority is to identify families who are in need of supplies and monetary help, and to help them in the best way possible. We will reach out to community leaders, social workers, and other organizations to help us identify families who are struggling financially or who may need assistance during Ramadan. We will work with these families to understand their specific needs and tailor our support accordingly. We will ensure that the families we serve are treated with dignity and respect, and that their privacy is protected at all times.
As we move forward with our Ramadan drive, we will be holding regular meetings and activities to ensure that we are on track with our goals and objectives. We will use these meetings to discuss progress, identify challenges, and develop strategies to overcome any obstacles we encounter. We will also use these meetings to ensure that our volunteers and team members are equipped with the information and resources they need to carry out their roles effectively. We are committed to making this year's Ramadan drive a success, and we look forward to working with our community to achieve our shared goals.
